Due to the very small group class setting OF 6 PARTICIPANTS per class, we do our best to accommodate all body sizes, shapes, and abilities. You will get specific and hands-on cueing for your own body type. If you have very specific needs, please reach out to us to book a Private Session before your class.

All Reformer Pilates classes are based on principles like centering, control, and precision. You will work your body as an integrative system, which will transfer over into sport specific movements, injury prevention, and building a long, lean body!
